Author signs new book

AN up-and-coming author had a busy day signing copies of her latest book last weekend.

Jae De Wylde stopped off at Kettering Waterstones last Saturday on her national tour to promote her book The Thinking Tank.

The novel was the best-selling book at the store last Saturday.

The Battersea-born writer’s novel is a story about love, identity and belonging, and came out in summer last year.

She was on hand to sign copies from 12.30pm to 4pm.

Emma Hall, store manager at Kettering Waterstones, said: “Jae was really lovely and really interacted with the customers.

“She’s currently touring the country to try and make a name for herself and there was a lot of interest here.

“A lot of customers have bought it for Mother’s Day.”
